CotiFácil ("we", "us", "the Platform"), based in Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. We respect your privacy and represent our commitment to protect your information according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and international standards compatible with Google OAuth.

2. Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect and process the following information:

• Google Authentication Information: When you log in with Google ("Sign-In with Google"), we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and unique Google user identifier.
• Professional and Business Data: Commercial name, Tax ID (RFC), fiscal address, phone number, and logo, provided voluntarily to customize your documents.
• Operational Data: Information about clients, services, prices, and quotes that you enter into the platform. This data belongs exclusively to you.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and usage data to improve security and user experience.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be used for the following necessary purposes:

• Provide the service of generating and managing PDF quotes.
• Authenticate your identity largely through Google OAuth 2.0.
• Store and synchronize your operational information (clients/quotes) locally or in the cloud (if enabled).
• Improve the stability and security of the application.
• Send critical notifications regarding service changes or security.

4. Google User Data Usage

Our application complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Storage and Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. Confidential data is stored locally on your device or on secure servers managed by Google Firebase.

6. ARCO Rights

At any time, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, or to request the complete deletion of your account and data, please send a request to vansoftware0@gmail.com. We will process your deletion request within no more than 5 business days.

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any substantial changes will be notified through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of such changes.
