2.1 Locally Stored Information

The application stores all your business information (quotes, clients, services) locally on your device using SQLite. This information is NEVER sent to our servers.

2.2 Firebase Authentication

If you decide to create an account or link your device, we use Firebase Authentication by Google to manage authentication. Firebase may collect:

  • Email address
  • Google profile information (if you use Google Sign-In)
  • Unique user identifier

2.3 Google Drive Backups

If you are a Premium user and enable cloud backup:

  • Backups are saved to YOUR PERSONAL Google Drive account
  • We DO NOT have access to these files
  • You have complete control over this data from your Google Drive

2.4 Payment Processing with RevenueCat

To manage Premium subscriptions, we use RevenueCat, which processes:

  • Google Play purchase information
  • Subscription status
  • Anonymous user identifier

RevenueCat DOES NOT store credit card information. Payments are processed directly by Google Play.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide application functionality (quotes, clients, services)
  • Manage your account and authentication
  • Process Premium subscriptions
  • Perform backups to your Google Drive (Premium only)
  • Improve user experience

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We only share information with trusted third parties that help us operate the application:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and real-time database
  • Google Drive: Backup storage (in YOUR account)
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management
  • Google Play: Payment processing

These providers are subject to their own privacy policies and may only use your information for specified purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted local storage on your device
  • Secure HTTPS connections with external services
  • Secure authentication through Firebase
  • Encrypted backups on Google Drive

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all your information from the application
  • Modify or delete your information at any time
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disable cloud backups
  • Manually delete backups from your Google Drive

7. Minors

Our application is intended for professional adults and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when the last revision was made.
