1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Coti. By accessing, registering, or using our web platform and services ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description and Use of Service

Coti is a software application designed to facilitate the creation, management, and storage of professional estimates and invoices.

  • License for Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly for internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service without express authorization.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance or improvements.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access all features, you must register using a valid Google account ("Google Sign-In"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Coti is not liable for losses derived from unauthorized access to your account if you have not adequately protected your devices or credentials.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Your Content: You retain intellectual property rights to the data, logos, and files you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, and process such content exclusively to provide you with the Service.

Our Property: The software, design, trademarks, and source code of Coti are the exclusive property of VanSoftware and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS.
  • COTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION.
  • COTI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF APPLICABLE) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including fraudulent or illegal use of the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by requesting permanent deletion.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond.
